Week 18 of our Sunday organization practices! It's amazing how quickly we've gotten here! We also had a SOLD OUT camp joining in on the fun as well! We enjoyed working with these 9U/10U ballers!

Week 17 of our Sunday practices! one team was away at a tournament so we brought in some Flyers campers to join in on the fun!

Week 16 of winter practices is our first without our 16U team as they prepare for their high school seasons.

Another Sunday Practice in the books!

Week 6 of Sunday Practices!

Today was our first Sunday practice with all SIX teams. This was one of the best practices and it's amazing to see the girls of all ages there supporting and cheering each other on.

This was our organization's first official Sunday practice. Five out of our six teams participated together while out 6th team was playing for their championship win that weekend. Our organization believes in player development. Our 4 hour long Sunday practices breaks the girls into groups (average two-3 girls from each team, yes the 9U girls are in groups with the 16U girls) that rotate through stations: batting, fielding, speed/agility, arm care, classroom, and strength with our TruFit Valpo trainers.
